Through 60-minute virtual sessions, our trained Christian counselors provide a safe, compassionate space to address life’s challenges from a biblical perspective. Cancellation Policy
SCHEDULING & ATTENDANCE We understand that life happens, but we also value everyone's time and the opportunity to serve those who are ready for their breakthrough. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING -24-hour advance notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests -Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session fee -How to cancel/reschedule: Email us at [your email] or call [phone number] at least 24 hours before your scheduled time -We're happy to work with you to find alternative times that accommodate your schedule NO-SHOW POLICY -No-show/No-call appointments will be charged the full session fee -Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you, and someone else could have benefited from that appointment slot -What constitutes a no-show: Failing to attend your scheduled session without any prior communication LATE ARRIVAL POLICY -Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival -If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a no-show -Please communicate: If you're running late, a quick call or text helps us serve you better EMERGENCY SITUATIONS We understand that true emergencies happen. In cases of: -Medical emergencies -Family crises -Severe weather conditions -Other legitimate emergencies Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis with grace and understanding.
