What Does REAL Stand For?

REAL Discipleship isn't just a name—it's our blueprint for spiritual formation.

Each letter represents a core pillar of our ministry philosophy:

Reach the lost

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations..."

Matthew 28:19-20

We intentionally pursue the lost and overlooked, extending Christ's invitation to all who hunger for truth and meaning, regardless of their background or past.

Equip the found

"To equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ..."

Ephesians 4:11-13

We provide believers with practical tools, biblical knowledge, accountability, and spiritual training needed to mature in their faith and fulfill their calling.

Activate the gifts

"So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead."
James 2:17-18

We stir up and activate the spiritual gifts within each believer. We call out purpose, passion, and power to serve the Kingdom boldly. Faith moves beyond intellectual agreement to transformative action.

Launch the people

"Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you."John 8:31-32

We follow the example of Christ by teaching and building up the body so they are confident in operating under the divine authority of Christ carrying the character and the message entrusted to them.

We believe that true biblical transformation happens in community. From new believers to seasoned elders, we journey alongside each individual, equipping them to walk boldly in purpose and grow in Christ through God's Word.

To cultivate a vibrant, spirit-filled community where believers are deeply rooted in biblical discipleship, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and committed to living out their faith authentically in every sphere of life.

Our Founder

Kelly Marie Garcia's heart for discipleship grew out of those natural moments—conversations over coffee in the kitchen and time spent fellowshipping in the backyard in Sunny Florida, serving her community and local home church. These experiences showed them the power of authentic relationships and how life change happens when people can be real about their faith journey.

As the Lord began calling her to "Minister to More," and she felt led to take what she had learned about genuine community and biblical truth online. That's how REAL Discipleship was born—built on Reaching the Lost, Equipping the Found, Activating Believers, and Launching God's People in Kingdom Purpose.

Kelly is passionate about helping believers everywhere experience the same transformative power of walking closely with Jesus. God has gifted her with much in and by the Holy Spirit and commited to keeping those in purety and backed by the Truth of the Word of God. Her commitment to Scripture as the foundation for lasting change means she practices what she preaches through vulnerability and accountability.

REAL Discipleship's mission is simple: help believers move from just knowing about Jesus to experiencing the incredible freedom that comes from following Him wholeheartedly, whether that's through their online groups, coaching, at a special event or retreat, the authentic community they and the team grows one relationship at a time.

Founder of REAL Discipleship

Kelly Garcia brings together her love for learning with her heart for ministry as an Ordained Minister, Christian Counselor, Discipleship Coach, Teacher, and Keynote Speaker. She holds a Master's in Human Services Counseling (with an emphasis in Christian Ministries) from Liberty University, plus degrees in Business Management and Psychology, and she's currently working on her Doctorate in Christian Counseling—all to better serve people through REAL Discipleship.

What sets Kelly apart is how she combines compassion with courage when it comes to healing and freedom. Whether she's counseling someone one-on-one, teaching online, or leading retreats, she creates safe places where people can face their wounds while discovering Christ's power to restore. Her heart is helping people move from just knowing about God to actually experiencing how He transforms lives.
